Sponsor a B-cycle Station
Funding Strategy
Denver Bike Sharing, the operator of Denver B-cycle, is funded in the following ways:
- Individual foundation and government grants.
- Corporate sponsorships.
- User memberships and transaction fees.
Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available. The following sponsorship options indicate how your company can get involved. Interested parties can contact Steve Sander, Director of Strategic Marketing for the City and County of Denver, at steve.sander@denvergov.org or 720-913-1598.
Corporate Financial Sponsorship Options
Denver Bike Sharing's goal is to place 40 to 50 Denver B-cycle stations and 500 B-cycles throughout the Denver area in 2010. Gauging the success of the system in 2010, Denver Bike Sharing hopes to expand the Denver B-cycle 2011 roll-out with approximately 500 additional bikes.
With each corporate sponsorship comes the opportunity to place your company's branding on a desired Denver B-cycle location. View the current list of finalized B-cycle station locations.
Corporate In-kind Sponsorship Opportunities
Corporations who would like to get involved with Denver Bike Sharing can also donate specialized services to Denver Bike Sharing. In-kind corporate sponsors in all areas of business (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.) are encouraged to fill out contact form and list ways your organization may be able to support Denver Bike Sharing.
